Carers Choices are a trusted charity that has been established for over 30 years providing support to carers in the community.
We are able to offer the following services
- Home Help Service – Basildon, Castle Point, Rochford, Southend, Thurrock & Havering.
- Respite Care
- Day Centres – Benfleet, Southend, Wickford, Orsett
- Rainbow Centre – Centre for young Adults with Learning Disabilities.
Our Home Help Service we are able to provide assistance with domestic tasks in the home, shopping, Food preparation and laundry. We are also able to provide accompanied shopping and accompanied to appointments.
All our Home Helps are DBS Checked, fully insured and have had training in infection control, COVID19 Awareness, Health & Safety, Safeguarding of Vulnerable adults, Dementia awareness.
Our Home Helps wear full PPE including a face shield/ mask while in your home. You will receive the same home help on the same day & time each week.
There is a charge for the service of £16.00 per hour.
