Free Home Delivery Service
Optimum Delivered is Optimum Medical’s home delivery service. We deliver prescribed urology products direct to people’s homes across the UK, free of charge. Your customer care advisor will ring once a month to complete a stock check and place your next order.

At Optimum Medical, we know that sometimes it’s the little extras which make a big difference. Each box of product in the Ugo Urology range includes a useful, pocket-sized user guide which provides tips on how to apply, remove and care for the products. For added convenience, all of our user guides are available to download here on our website.
In addition to this, each box of Ugo Fix Sleeve (leg bag holders) and Ugo Fix Catheter Straps also includes a complementary laundry bag to help support the wash and wear cycle.
